Modena, July 14, 2025 – A leading company in the Supply Chain Management sector, Makeitalia has continued to expand its client network, recording a turnover of 19.4 million euros in the year 2024. A significant result that reflects the ever-increasing quality of the services offered to clients by the Modena-based company, capable of building ad hoc solutions in line with market needs.
Statements
“It was a year in which we saw significant growth with excellent results, despite an extremely complex and constantly changing external environment. We managed to maintain the ability to be flexible and adapt to continuous market developments: a fundamental characteristic in recent years.”
A Look at the Year 2024
Innovation, efficiency, and cutting-edge tools continue to guide Makeitalia’s internal choices toward increasingly sustainable and inclusive growth. This is thanks to the extensive attention paid to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) issues and the consolidation of activities implemented last year, such as: expansion of the corporate photovoltaic system, installation of eco-sustainable equipment in the production and logistics area, social commitment, support for local businesses, attention to gender equality, and new governance control systems.
This consolidation is also reflected externally and guarantees ever-greater optimization of the ESG services offered to companies, especially those related to the supply chain.
The year 2024 also saw an increase in the Digital sphere – where the exponential progress of the Smart Factory represents a tangible example – a new and innovative piece that proves Makeitalia’s ever-increasing growth curve.
People are the engine of Makeitalia, the future of the company. Based on this principle, every year the Modena-based company invests in human capital which, during 2024, was consolidated and welcomed 29 new hires. There is no lack of constant attention toward building a stimulating, dynamic, and meritocratic work environment that promotes common well-being and encourages strong internal cohesion. To allow for a proper balance between professional and private life, Makeitalia introduced several innovations some years ago, including: flexible hours and the extension of remote working. Furthermore, upon reaching the 2024 turnover targets, it rewarded its staff through the provision of performance-based welfare, aimed at recognizing the commitment shown in achieving common goals.
Conclusions
“We never lose our focus and care for our people: the company’s true resource. We aim to have increasingly updated and modern tools to support the growth and stability of our structure.”
