Acceleration of Makeitalia’s Digital Transition

Makeitalia continues its digital transformation journey thanks to the contribution obtained with the Call for Proposals for the Support of Digital Transition for Businesses in Emilia-Romagna – Year 2025.

The project, realized thanks to European funds from the Region, aims to strengthen the company’s technological infrastructure and improve the efficiency of internal and external processes, with cross-cutting interventions across all business lines.

The main development directions include:

• corporate and client data security;
• optimization of Outsourcing Material management with IoT and smart technologies;
• efficiency improvement of low value-added activities through Process Automation and AI;
• digitalization of the Customer Acquisition process with CRM and a new website.
