INFORMATION NOTICE PURSUANT TO ART. 13 OF EUROPEAN REGULATION NO. 2016/679 (GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION – GDPR)

MAKEITALIA Srl, with registered office in Via Jan Palach 55 – Modena (MO), VAT No. 03213690369, as Data Controller, informs you pursuant to Article 13 of EU Regulation No. 2016/679 “GDPR” that your data will be processed in the following manner and for the following purposes:

1. Processing methods
The recorded images will be stored by the Data Controller mainly on electronic media.

2. Purpose of processing
Your personal data are processed in compliance with Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR for the following purposes:
– Protection of company assets

3. Data retention
The recorded images will be stored for a maximum period of 72 hours, after which they will be automatically deleted.

4. Access to personal data
Your data may be made accessible for the purposes stated above:
The recorded images may only be viewed by formally authorized personnel and only for legitimate reasons.
Assistance companies used by the Data Controller may occasionally have access to the recorded images.

5. Data communication
The personal data collected will not be disclosed, transferred, or exchanged in any way with third parties.
Without your explicit consent, the Data Controller may communicate your data for the purposes referred to in point 2 to supervisory bodies and judicial authorities where required by law. Your data will not be disclosed.

6. Data transfer
The management and storage of personal data will take place on servers located within the European Union. The data will not be transferred outside the European Union.
However, it is understood that the Data Controller, if necessary, may relocate the servers within Italy and/or the European Union and/or non-EU countries. In such cases, the Data Controller ensures that any transfer of data outside the EU will be carried out in compliance with applicable legal provisions, by entering into agreements that guarantee an adequate level of protection and/or adopting the standard contractual clauses provided by the European Commission.

7. Nature of data provision and consequences of refusal
The provision of data for the purposes referred to in point 2 is necessary for the legitimate interests of the Data Controller pursuant to Article 6(1)(f).

8. Rights of the data subject
As a data subject, you have the right to obtain from the Data Controller confirmation as to whether or not personal data concerning you are being processed and, if so, to obtain access to the personal data and related information in accordance with Article 15.
