Makeitalia implemented, in 2021, the Organization and Management Model pursuant to Legislative Decree 231.

The Model, pursuant to Legislative Decree 231/2001, refers to a set of protocols that regulate and define the corporate structure and the management of its sensitive processes, in order to prevent the occurrence of crimes.
