Makeitalia is a young and dynamic Italian company whose core business is Supply Chain and, in particular, the optimisation of its customers’ supply chain, from an economic, logistical and production perspective.

With a view to new additions to the Makeitalia team, we are looking for a Supply Chain Consultant to help coordinate and optimise processes in the Supply Chain area.

Main Activities

• Analysis, revision and implementation of management processes in the Supply Chain area;
• Optimisation of warehouse stocks in order to maximise stock rotation, service level and minimise average stock;
• Continuous monitoring of the service level offered to customers (shipped vs. ordered), managing critical issues and relations with key clients and taking appropriate corrective actions for its improvement;
• Coordinating logistics activities (shipments, deliveries, their traceability, management of anomalies), interfacing directly with suppliers and pursuing with them a continuous improvement in performance.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in Management Engineering or equivalent;
• Excellent computer skills;
• Excellent knowledge of the English language;
• Ability to analyse and problem solve;
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Availability for travel in Italy and abroad;
• B driving licence.
