Makeitalia’s “Oscar Night” at the Rinnovato Cinema Arena in Modena

On Thursday, December 11, in the evocative setting of the Cinema Rinnovato Arena, Makeitalia celebrated its annual Convention together with 130 employees and numerous guests, as part of the traditional year-end dinner. A gala evening designed to bid farewell to 2025, welcome the new year, and recognize the company’s top talents.

The event

This year, the event took on a special title: Oscars Makeitalia Night, a tribute to the venue and the cinematic theme that defined the evening. The choice of a cinema was no coincidence: the world of film offers many parallels with corporate life, including:

  • the complexity of delivering a consulting project, similar to the dynamics of film production;
  • the creation of a project team, requiring the same care and attention a producer gives to selecting the cast and crew;
  • the fundamental role of every participant, each essential to final success;
  • the importance of communication, both for a company and for a film production house.

For Makeitalia, the Convention represents a key moment to look back on the achievements of the past year and outline guidelines for the future. The evening concluded with the presentation of the Makeitalia “Oscar Awards,” symbols of meritocracy and the celebration of talent—values that have always been central to the company.

Team-building moments were also an integral part of the event: cinema-themed quizzes and escape boxes engaged participants in experiential activities, culminating in the creation of a shared message that reinforced the connection between the cinematic world and the corporate one.

The evening closed with the traditional Christmas dinner.

Statements

To conclude this 2025, we wanted to give our Convention a special touch. The Makeitalia team did an outstanding job this year and deserved a celebration worthy of their efforts. ‘Oscar Night’ was the perfect opportunity to reflect on how much the worlds of cinema and consulting have in common. We are now ready to face 2026 with even greater enthusiasm and new ideas”, said Marcello Carretta, Partner at Makeitalia.
