TARGET

OBJECTIVES

Acquisition of the principles and techniques used to map the value stream within the entire supply chain, from critical suppliers to the end customer. In particular, after an introduction to the Value Stream Map guidelines, the course will explain how to organise, in practical terms, a workshop to map the current state and redesign the value flow to embrace the Lean approach. The aim is to learn how to use the Value Stream Map as an everyday work tool, identifying every possible source of waste and planning specific improvement activities.

        Makeitalia participates in the Ucima Assembly Conference on June 29th

        On 29 June 2022 Makeitalia will be a guest at the Ucima Assembly Conference – Union of Italian manufacturers of automatic packaging and packaging machines.

        The conference, entitled “Business today: flexible strategies for possible futures“, will be an opportunity to deepen the scope of the Supply Chain, in its various aspects.

        On the occasion of the event, Makeitalia will present a preview of the survey conducted on the purchasing area, in collaboration with UCIMA. The survey, submitted to the companies registered with the Association, had the aim of investigating some aspects of the purchasing area of ​​the companies involved: purchase turnover, structuring of the area of ​​each, centralization of the purchasing office, number of employees, activities and other aspects.

        During the conference, Marcello Carretta – Partner of Makeitalia – and Matteo Montecchi – R&D Manager of the company – will be the speakers of the speech “Supply Chain Management in the sector. Background and highlights of the 2022 Survey on the Purchasing Area“.
